  1. Final reports of selected and recommended and criteria for recommendation
  2. Definition of the final selected candidate
  3. Final negotiation of compensation package
  4. Formal proposal to the selected candidate
  5. Follow-up and support until its incorporation

Onboarding and Tracking

  1. Share test assessments and recommendations to selected candidate to ensure quick onboarding in the position
  2. Follow up on candidate during its first year in the position with meetings during week 1, month 1, month 3, month 6 and year 1
